auDA has invited members to a question and answer session regarding the proposed new constitution that will be put to an EGM on 27 September 2018. The session scheduled for 13 September 2018 at 4pm, gives members an opportunity to raise questions. All auDA members are encouraged to participate. The new constitution is part of the development of auDA 2.0 as previously discussed by the Chair Mr Chris Leptos. Below is an extract from auDA’s release:
auDA is facing some of the biggest changes in its history as it works to implement the federal government’s recommendations.
At the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting we’re asking auDA members to vote on a new constitution that will help auDA meet its new terms of endorsement and guide the .au namespace into the future.
We’ve believe it’s crucial auDA members get the information they need on these changes so we’re holding an online Q&A about the proposed auDA constitution.
auDA Chair Chris Leptos, auDA CEO Cameron Boardman and representatives from Ashurst will answer member and stakeholder questions about the constitution via a Zoom webinar.
